Budget Formulation & Execution

We are at the heart of government’s efforts to modernize budget formulation and execution practices. We help government agencies figure out ways to use technology to solve some of their very difficult budget formulation and execution problems while simultaneously reducing duplicative efforts, improving data accuracy, and accelerating business processes.

Collaboration Environments

We are a leader in the design and implementation of web-based collaboration platforms that allow government and non-government users to interact, collaborate, and share and exchange resources, documents and information regardless of their geographic location. We combine our technical knowledge and project management expertise with subject matter experts to deliver successful resources for broad communities.

Grants Management

We have more experience in federal grants management than any other company, with 33 engagements at eight federal agencies. These projects include grants business process reengineering; capital planning and investment control; enterprise architecture; systems architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance; and ancillary services such as help desks, call centers, and outreach. We are familiar with the Grants Management Line of Business (GMLOB) providers, COTS grants management solutions, and grants management policies and developments. Our team brings unmatched knowledge of federal award statutes, legislative requirements, OMB circulars, and executive orders related to grants management.
